Who we are
Shivayaa is a family-run business that was founded in 2017. Having grown up in a family where “service” holds great importance, we are proud to live up to this tradition over many generations. All of our services are provided with love and humility, and ethics and righteous behavior have always been an integral part of our professional and personal lives.
What we do
In addition to operating retail convenience stores and post office services, we also offer other specialized trading activities. We have a vast amount of experience in Translation & Interpretation services in supporting the UK healthcare and local governments. We currently operate two convenience store franchises – Nisa Local in Reading and Premier in High Wycombe. We also own Giri UK, online store, the UK & Europe franchise of Giri Trading Agency, India. Our goal is to simply embody our love for local communities.
In-store Post Office
Each of our stores is equipped with a Post Office branch. As postmasters, we provide an extensive range of services for your day-to-day Postal, Banking, MoneyGram, Travel Money, National Lottery, Gas & Electricity payments, Mobile Top Ups and other essential needs.
Home delivery
We have partnered with Uber Eats, Snappy Shopper and Deliveroo for home deliveries to meet changing shopping needs and especially to serve the vulnerable and elderly. Your convenience is important to us.
Hygiene and social-distancing
Our customers’ safety is important to us. Our stores are well lit, clean, and follow strict health and safety procedures. Sanitization stations are provided along with social-distancing markings. In the interest of respecting all our staff and fellow customers, we humbly request that all our customers co-operate with us in healthy & safe hassle-free shopping.
